SLICES-FR is bootstrapped thanks to significant funding coming mainly from two PEPRs: the PEPR Cloud<\/strong> and the PEPR Networks of the Future<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PC8<\/strong> (Targeted Project No. 8) of the PEPR Cloud, SILECS<\/strong>, is the infrastructure PC and is entirely dedicated to the implementation of the IoT\/core network\/edge\/cloud component of SLICES-FR. The amount financed for this project is 14 million euros.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

PC10<\/strong> (Targeted Project No. 10) of the PEPR Networks of the Future is the infrastructure PC of this PEPR and is broken down into 3 axes including one entirely dedicated to the implementation of the cellular network component (LTE, 4G, 5G, 6G ) and wifi from SLICES-FR. The amount financed for this project is 3.5 million euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This funding is supplemented locally by CPERs<\/strong> such as CPER CORNELIA<\/strong> in Lille, SAMOURAI<\/strong> in Rennes and ALLIAGE\/SILECS<\/strong> Grand Est<\/strong> in Strasbourg and Nancy. Finally, SLICES-FR is supported by all of our GIS member supervisory bodies which provide permanent staff and host the equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
